2.For your convenience, if necessary, take printout of the online blank application format and fill the application. Use this application to apply online.

3.Ensure to keep scanned copy of documents in jpeg format with less than 50KB.

4.Note down the reference number after making entry of entrepreneur details before proceeding further.

5.Keep copy of filed application generated as pdf after filing, with you for future reference.
